It’s crucial that this time be free from stressful thoughts and tasks. Rather keep them focused on building up energy for what lies ahead in step two by doing something they love like reading news or showering with pleasure as opposed to getting out of bed right away because there will always come a point where we have too much going through our minds already without adding another hectic activity into it all together at once so let’s enjoy those rituals first then go.
